Based in Brisbane, we first opened our doors in early 2000. We have built our business around a successful (in-house) web-model where we strive to provide as much information and expertise on every product we sell that we possibly can. This information comes from both our own professional experiences in our chosen fields alongside additional research into each product. We supply to Government, consumer and corporate customers alike with our main sales region encompassing (but not limited to) Oceania.

Through expert product knowledge and by specialising in a small number of niche product lines, Velvet Systems endeavours to provide our customers with the highest level of pre and post sales/hire assistance and support. From the decision making process to the operation of that product for a specific application, our staff will assist at every level.

Whilst we procure the majority of our products from the local (Australian) importer or manufacturer, we have become the importer ourselves for several product lines over the years. During this time, we have forged long and lasting relationships with each of the manufacturers and offer additional warranties and support for most of these lines over and beyond the standard manufacturer's support.
