The COP-l/96k is
a digital signal (sampling frequency: 32kHz~96kHz) conversion adaptor
for converting "Light (OPTICAL) to Coaxial" (COAXIM.)" or "Coaxial (COAXLU)
to Light (OPTICAL)." The COP-l/96k allows you to connect digital equipment
with differing digital input and output connections for digital signal
copying. The COP-1/96k makes it possible to use a DAT recorder that only
has a coaxial digital signal input and output connectors as the master
recorder for use with the Fostex Digital Multitracker
The COP-1 is perfect for archiving or digital mastering to non-optical equipped DAT machines.
The COP-1 is a two-channel device that converts a coax SPDIF (coax) signal to a SPDIF (TOSlink) out, as well as a SPDIF (TOSlink) signal to a SPDIF (coax) out.
Both signal paths can be active at the same time. The COP-1 is a very basic unit and there are no operating controls on board.
The perfect companion to use with Fostex Digital Multitrackers (96kHz compatible).
